How Outage.my Works
Real-time monitoring for Malaysian services. Know when your favourite apps are down before you waste time troubleshooting.
We Monitor 24/7
Our servers ping popular Malaysian services every 5 minutes — banks, e-wallets, government portals, telcos, and more. We check if they're up, slow, or completely down.
Community Reports
Can't login to your bank app? You can report it! Our community-powered reports help everyone know when something's wrong — even before our automated checks catch it.
90-Day Uptime History
Every service shows a visual uptime bar for the past 90 days. Hover to see exactly what happened on any day. Green = up, yellow = slow, red = down, blue = maintenance.

Add Your SiteOur Smart Detection Algorithm
We don't just ping and panic. Here's how we make sure you only get alerted for real problems.
We Double-Check Before Alerting
Internet hiccups happen. A single failed ping doesn't mean a site is down — could just be a blip. So we check 3 times in a row before marking anything as down.
Forgiving Uptime Bar
A 5-minute blip shouldn't turn your whole day red. We only mark a day as "down" if the site had significant issues (~2+ hours). Small hiccups show as a tiny indicator, not a scary red bar.
Small blip = still green with tiny marker
Real outage = red bar
Instant Recovery Detection
The moment a site comes back online, we know. One successful ping clears all the warning flags. No waiting around — we tell you it's fixed as fast as we detected the problem.
Maintenance Aware
We can tell the difference between "site is broken" and "site is under scheduled maintenance". If a site shows a maintenance page, we mark it blue — not red — so you know it's intentional, not an emergency.
💡 In Simple Words
Think of it like this: if you call someone and they don't pick up once, you don't assume they're dead — you try again. We do the same. We ping 3 times before saying "yep, it's really down". And we don't turn your whole day red because of a 5-minute glitch. That's just fair.

Who built this?
Outage.my is baked by Malaysians, for Malaysia 🇲🇾 — because we got tired of wondering "is it down or is it just me?"
